Publication Fund: Request funding via uniYOU

Publikationsfonds: Antragstellung jetzt über uniYOU ©Uni Graz/Schwarz

You can now use uniYOU to apply for funding from the publication fund for your Open Access articles and books. It is more intuitive and user-friendly than the previous intranet forms.

In uniYOU, select the process “Make new request” under “My Workplace” and scroll down to the "Teaching, Research & Publications" section. There are two options:

  • Publication Fund for OA Articles – for articles (including those from FWF projects) in Open Access journals not covered by an Open Access agreement between the University of Graz and the respective publisher.
  • Publication Fund for OA Books – for scholarly monographs and edited collections published in Open Access.

The funding criteria have not changed.

With the new uniYOU workflow, you can track your application status at any time and upload any required documents, all in one place.

For further information on the University Library’s Open Access publication funding and the link to the funding request forms, visit https://ub.uni-graz.at/en/research-publish/
