The OECD iLibrary contains e-books, book chapters, articles, tables and graphs, papers, summaries, indicators, and podcasts. It also provides access to OECD statistics and studies. Much of the content is available in several languages. Every year, around 500 new titles are published in the OECD iLibrary. With over 7 billion data points from 44 databases, the OECD iLibrary is one of the world's largest economic data collections.
The iLibrary is organised into 17 thematic collections on topics such as education, health, global economy, and environment. Using the platform's intuitive interface, you can search for literature relevant to your subject in numerous branches of science. You can also access content from the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), the OECD Development Centre, the International Transport Forum (ITF), and PISA.
The content is available in several formats (PDF, XLS, CSV, etc.).
Searching: The browsing options on the homepage provide an overview of the topics and countries covered by publications. You can also access statistics and podcasts from here.
Use the advanced search to search by title, author, or affiliation. To narrow down the results, filter by time period, language, publisher, publication type, subject, or country.
Register for a personal account to save your searches or set up alerts.
Statistics: In the OECD Data Explorer, you can call up statistics and filter them by keywords or topics before downloading them.
Help: The help pages offer instructions in eight languages and short video tutorials, such as How to get the best search results or How to create and benefit from a personal registration on OECD iLibrary. The entire playlist can also be found on YouTube. The English-language videos have subtitles in several languages, which you can select via the cogwheel symbol at the bottom of the video.

OPEN ACCESS: All OECD publications and data will be freely accessible starting July 2024.
This excludes the IEA Statistics from the International Energy Agency.
Please note: The IEA statistics are no longer distributed by the OECD but by the IEA itself. The statistics published up to the end of 2023 will still be available in CSV format in the iLibrary until the end of 2024.
