The Cross Database Searchtool allows you to perform comprehensive searches in the Latin full-text databases Library of Latin Texts, Monumenta Germaniae Historica, Archive of Celtic-Latin Literature and Aristoteles Latinus Database. The interface is available in English, French, German and Italian with the language selection at the top of the website.
You can search by period, author, title, century and word form.
Clicking on "Table of Contents" takes you to the index of sources.
The "Thesaurus Formarum" contains links to statistics, concordances and text corpora.
The user’s guide, available on the start page under "Help", contains detailed information on research options and using the CDS.
The databases are licensed by the library for the University of Graz and can be accessed via the publisher, unikat and the database information system DBIS. Please pay attention to both the publisher’s and the university library’s terms of use.
The database is accessible from anywhere on campus, and university members can access it remotely via VPN. Please note: enter https://univpn.uni-graz.at/ub in the VPN address field.
