Orders and orders
You can use the order form link below to order the scanning of individual pages of publications. As part of our digitization service, we process digitization orders (for a fee) and accept non-binding digitization proposals.
We reserve the right to refrain from digitization in the case of conservation-sensitive materials.
Consulting
We will be happy to advise you on larger digitization projects as well as on setting up digitization facilities.
Order form for scans
The current price list applies to the cost calculation. By sending a completed order, you agree to pay the invoice sent by us.
Processing time
Depending on the order situation, the processing time is up to 7 days per band.
A surcharge will be applied for rush orders:
- 3 working days 50%
- 1 working day 100%.

E-Books on Demand
With E-Books on Demand (EOD) you have the possibility to order the digitization of a complete book from the holdings of the University Library, provided that it is copyright free and its condition allows digitization. Orders from members of the University of Graz who want to charge via a project or an internal order number, we ask to order via the normal digitization order form.
Price list
REPRODUCTION SERVICE
A minimum sum of EUR 5.00 is charged for each order when invoicing (for invoices outside the EU area, additional fees apply due to bank charges).
Please note that the purchase of reproductions does not automatically include permission to publish them. Without exception, this requires prior written consent from the University Library, and additional publication fees may apply (see Publication Terms and Fees).
The client is responsible for compliance with copyright regulations. Please note that the reproduction of copyrighted materials is only permitted in excerpts or in some cases not at all.

Depending on the condition of the material, prices may vary. In order to ensure that the material is handled with care, our specialist staff will only provide a price calculation after inspecting the material, if necessary.
