Workflow
Submission of articles:
John Benjamins identifies eligible authors during the submission process and, after their article is accepted, informs them of the option to publish in Open Access at no additional cost.
John Benjamins uses the statement of affiliation as well as the institutional e-mail address (@uni-graz.at/@edu.uni-graz.at) to identify authors who are eligible for funding. Please take note of the University of Graz affiliation guidelines.
After publication:
Authors must enter their articles into the University of Graz research portal. The platform can be accessed via your UNIGRAZonline business card or at forschungsportal.uni-graz.at. For further information as well as instructions, (German only), please see the Intranet.
In accordance with the University of Graz Open Access policy, it is recommended that university members make previously published articles available in the institutional repository unipub, as long as there is no serious legal or financial reason not to do so.
